My sweet neice Avery just had her 7th birthday. I have been wanting to make her an owl bag since she loves to accessorize. I bought a bunch of pom poms from Pick your Plum a few weeks ago. This was my first time working with poms poms!
I used vintage modern fabric by Bonnie & Camille and a pink duck cloth for the body. I found the pom poms a little more challenging than I thought they would be but worth the extra effort since they add such a cute frame for the owl.
How can i purchase one of these bags!? love!

I'm so excited to see this I just bought this pattern last night. My son saw it open on the computer today and asked if I had started making an owl pillow for him too. I think his might have some camo fabric somewhere. :-)

Very cute!I've never worked with pom poms but it looks adorable so it was well worth your effort. :) I used your Notebook Slipcover pattern last week to cover my binder and it was so much fun! Thanks for the great instructions!
