Art Caddy is in the shop & some hopes

I hope my kids actually continue to use the art caddy because I just went into their room and the crayons and paper were everywhere as usual! I guess what I have to realize is that I will be using the art caddy and I can admire my creation when I pick up their junk again!

First day of the blog! I am hoping that it will keep me on track and get me to be more organized about creating. Hello blog world! I'll be sending out my creations on a regular basis and I hope it will inspire some people out there like I have been inspired by blogs.

All older moms must chuckle to read about a young mom piking up after their own children...since I can remember picking up after this very blogger!!!!

First Day of School a Month Late! Here is my girl on her first day of school. Six weeks later! You may ask "who cares 6 weeks later??" BUT she has got some cute sewing items that she is modeling for me and that she actually was totally psyched to wear to school on day 1. First, she is wearing the hooray for headbands! This is a free pattern from Heather Bailey that is cute and super easy. I added some interfacing to the main part though and that has made it stand up a little better. Next she is using (and still looking cute 6 weeks...
